Office Assistant (Part-time)

General Summary:

As the first-person clients will interface with on the phone or in person, the Office Assistant is primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors/clients. As the face of the agency, the Office Assistant will provide friendly and helpful receptionist duties including answering and directing all incoming phone calls, outgoing mail and faxes, maintaining reception desk and common areas, and assisting with other tasks as needed. Additionally, under the direct supervision of the Operations & Strategy Coordinator, the position is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks for any program or department of the agency.

Clinical Intake Coordinator

General Summary:

Under the supervision of the Manager of Adult Clinical Services and the Manager of Children’s Clinical Services, the Clinical Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing an in-depth assessment with all prospective new and returning clients, scheduling first appointments with clinicians, providing appropriate referrals when needed, managing the waitlists for clinical clients, and collaborating with the billing department to effectively manage insurance needs of prospective clients.

Survivor Mentor (Part-time)

General Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Community Program Manager, this position will provide mentoring for youth who have been victims or are at high risk of becoming victims of commercial sexual exploitation. The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) is an egregious form of child abuse that constitutes any sexual activity with a minor for which something of value is given, exchanged, or promised. The Day One CSEC Mentor Program is the voice and experience of survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. The Survivor Mentor will work cooperatively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator to ensure a wrap-around support for the youth referred by the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
