Day One advocates are here to listen and provide the support you need. We provide trauma-informed treatment, which includes thorough assessment and planning to support you and your specific needs.

LGBTQ Safe Zone

We are committed to providing a safe place to access help and healing for the LGBTQ community. Day One is recognized by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island as an LGBTQ Safe Zone. As a Safe Zone, our agency engages staff in specific training to offer inclusive care.

Advocacy

Advocates can help guide you to medical attention, legal assistance, or clinical support. Our advocates can also offer referrals for other services based on your personal situation. Each advocate is dedicated to helping you find the right resources on your path to healing.

Children's Advocacy Center

Day One offers a child-centered environment to help abused children and their families heal. The CAC team is dedicated to addressing the issue of child sexual abuse and the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC).
